Our names are Jameel, Kareem and Salaam Al Marashli, and we are triplet brothers from Melbourne, Australia. Our creativity and imaginations have helped maintain our brotherly bonds, throughout childhood and into adulthood. Ever since we can remember, we have been creating our own characters. Drawing and creating anything that popped into our imagination.
We created these characters back when we were in primary school. The Baby Dudes have grown up with us, helping us maintain our love for adventure and imagination. Now we are teachers ourselves, we would love to share our passion for the characters with our students and to children all over the world.
The Baby Dudes were created as a representation of our personalities when we were children; mischievous, creative, generous, inquisitive with a love of adventure. We hope that there is a Baby Dude for any child to relate to.
With our books we want to give children back the chance to use their imaginations and to go outside and get creative. We hope to revitalise the days of creating cubby houses out of furniture, pretending to be astronauts in a cardboard spaceship, and building sandcastles at the beach.

Jameel Marashli
Jameel is a year 1 Primary School teacher, and has a bachelor’s degree in digital media design. He has a passion for educating kids and bringing joy to them every day.

Kareem Marashli
Kareem is currently studying his Masters of Osteopathy at University. He loves learning, educating and inspiring people to be the best they can be.

Salaam Marashli
Salaam teaches Japanese in Secondary School. Striving to encourage young people to appreciate the beauty of different cultures and languages.
